Kick Cracked Feet Out

Having a mean toe game is cute, but  having dry, cracked feet to match are the ultimate “no-no.”
Like many of the best beauty regimens, the cure for any problem starts from the inside out. Before applying any products, drinking adequate amounts of water becomes highly important in preventing and/or treating cracked or dry feet. Water naturally hydrates and moisturizes the body and is key to maintaining soft and smooth skin.
For feet prone to cracking and roughness we suggest using foot scrubs, or foot soaks that use natural ingredients such as thyme, twice a week. After scrubbing and exfoliating your feet, find nourishing lotions and oils that help seal in moisture also prevent feet from cracking and drying out. When using lotions or oils, put them on at night, and wrap feet in heavy white socks, for the moisture to penetrate in skin. By doing this daily, feet will stay moisturized and be less likely to get dry and cracked.
While proper care for your feet can’t be neglected, conditions like dermatitis, psoriasis, and even diabetes can also contribute to dry cracked skin feet. Not treating your feet can eventually cause fissures, or tears, that make walking painful.
